Parenting is hard. Talk about a job with nearly zero appreciation, and the target keeps moving.  Remember the terrible twos? How about those willful fours? Now you might be dealing with the oppositional, rebellious teen years.  Or maybe the struggles of young adulthood.  

Yes, parenting can be worrisome and frustrating. It’s certainly not for the faint of heart.  When it goes well, you take a million pictures and send them to family and friends: soccer games, graduations.  But when it goes badly, you may need help.  In my practice, I offer coaching for both parenting teens and parenting and connecting with young adults.
